Shipping Policy

PLEASE BE AWARE, THE SHIPPING COMPANIES ARE EXPERIENCING DELAYS DUE TO THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC AND THE HOLIDAYS APPROACHING.

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days after being received. Shipping normally takes 3-7 business days depending on where you are located. Orders placed on our website www.myflipfork.com are shipped out of Chicago, IL.

Please be patient and do not email us inquiring the status of your order unless it has been at least a week since you placed it. You will receive an email with your tracking information once we ship the order. Please check your tracking before emailing us. because there may be notices of delays or expected delivery dates.

There is a $3.99 fee for shipping and handling in the USA and a $39.99 fee for international shipping.

Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed. If you order multiple times in one day please email us to combine your order.

PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. If you do put the wrong address and it gets shipped back to us, we will email you upon receipt and you will purchase our $5 reshipment along with providing an updated address.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.

If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package. We normally use USPS.
