The FlipFork was a Christmas gift for my adult son. Since it’s only been 3 days since Christmas, it has not been used yet! However, my son was thrilled to receive it! I do want to compliment this company on their Customer Service. The first FlipFork I ordered was damaged in shipping. When I contacted Customer Service, the rep was very polite and efficient and promised a new FlipFork would be sent out ASAP. Furthermore, in spite of my doubts, the new product arrived by Christmas!! I like that there's a hole ready for me to add my own hanger type or you can just hang it on a hook. I added a chain on mine.

I have ordered three FlipForks for Christmas presents plus I ordered the Grillin Grates Stone.
The Flipforks shipped right away but I was notified that the stones were out of stock. The company substituted a meat thermometer for the stones instead of offering a credit for the stones. Since the forks and stones were supposed to be a bundled gift for each person and I only received one thermometer, this isn't really going to work! Hopefully they will like their FlipForks.....

I am not a griller by any stretch of the imagination so I was wondering how this would work out for a gift to my friend who is an avid user. Grills out at least four times a week minimum and he can't stop raving about it. He loves versatility and the fact that he doesn't have to juggle multiple utensils. And this also makes clean up a snap.
